Delete Your Masjid360 Account

How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your Masjid360 account, please send an email from your registered email address to:

support@masjid360.in

Include the following information:

• Full Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Registered Email Address
• Member ID (if available)
• Reason for account deletion (optional)

What Data Will Be Deleted

• User profile information
• Contact information
• Family member information
• Uploaded profile photograph
• Personal preferences
• Saved application data associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Donation and payment transaction records
• Financial records required for accounting and tax compliance
• Security and audit logs where legally required

Retention Period

Any retained information will only be stored for the period required by applicable laws and regulatory requirements, after which it will be securely deleted.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 business days after successful verification of the account owner.
