Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Policy

Effective Date: 1st May 2026

This policy applies to administrators, masjid partners, consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorized parties granted access to Masjid360 systems or information.

1. Confidential Information

• User and member records
• Family member information
• Masjid operational data
• Donation and subscription records
• Software code, APIs, databases and documentation
• Internal business processes and non-public information

2. Confidentiality Obligations

Authorized parties agree to:

• Keep confidential information strictly confidential
• Use information only for authorized purposes
• Prevent unauthorized disclosure
• Protect information using reasonable safeguards
• Restrict access only to authorized persons

3. Prohibited Actions

• Unauthorized copying or distribution
• Use of data for personal benefit
• Disclosure without written authorization
• Unauthorized system or database access

4. Data Protection

All authorized parties handling Masjid360 information must maintain appropriate security standards and comply with applicable legal and data protection obligations.

5. Return or Destruction

Upon termination of access or request by Masjid360, confidential materials must be returned or securely destroyed where applicable.

6. Survival

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of access or engagement.

7. Remedies

Unauthorized disclosure may result in termination of access, legal remedies, injunctive relief, or damages where applicable.
